He came out on time, explained the process clearly, and answered all my questions without rushing me. Overall, I'd highly recommend Summit Pest Control to anyone in need. He made a stressful situation much easier to deal with, and I'd definitely use them again.

We recently had Summit Pest Control come out to our house to help with unwanted critters. Tate explained in great detail what he was going to do, how the bait boxes work and when he would be back to check on the box. Sure enough he came back when he said he would. We highly recommend Summit pest control! They were quick to come and address the issue and gave us great tips for prevention.

Amazing customer service! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Tateum was able to come and help us within a couple hours with our difficult wasp nest that wasn't allowing us to use our front door. Even said he would come back the next day if they were still giving us trouble because he knew we were having company come in this weekend. 10/10 (hope we don't have to) but would definitely use them again!

I had such a great experience with Tateum! He's super friendly, punctual, and has great work ethics. He came by a couple of times to do spider sprays around my house and did a really thorough job. I also really appreciated that he followed up afterward to make sure everything was working — and when the second spray wasn't quite as effective, he came back to re-spray. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their work and their customers. Highly recommend!
